thanks Jay ... Still not 100 % ... pains from a certain angle. Actually can't take off bar from my chest with 100%. That' why I'm not going / trying my max on bench. Doing some rep work and tolerable pause work.

Great bench session!

Takes a while to heal when you stress a joint. keep getting nervous when I put some weight on the bar for bench, second guessing it might be a bit too much setting me back to square one.
Only way around this for me is rep work and time, now just need to stick to the plan and everything will come together.

thanks OMP ... Working on the same pattern. After watching the link which you have provided, decided to add some rep work on all 3 lifts. Condition of shoulder is improving but to get it back on 100% mark, I think it needs some time. thanks once again ...
