Not able to understand how you can walk after squat sessions like that Mr. Ravi

Also paused bench work...... Is there a meet on the cards soon or just switching it up??

hahaha thanks Sir Alan ... I think I should thanks Smolov and you for this ... the volume is nothing compared to the beastly routine ...

As far as paused bench is considered, Yes a State level meet is on card between 15th June to 15 th July. Date is not yet finalized but that's how we operate ... hahaha ... Haven't done that quality paused work for long time due to my shoulder problem. Need to go past 150 kg/330 lbs in that meet. Let's see ...
