30.04.2013 : Deadlift

BAR*10*01 set
135*08*01 set
225*06*01 set
315*04*01 set

405*01*10 sets [Done in about 15 minutes]

followed by 3 sets of lunges ...

Tried out a new w/o today. Had read it long ago in an online article. Have to choose a moderate / light wt.

Perform reps from 10 to 1 in descending order with a rest of around 10-15 sec. max between two sets. Like do 10 reps, take 15 sec rest then do 9 again take 15 sec rest then do 8 and so on till you reach 1 rep. This will be one set. Did it for chest with 135lbs. Finished with exhausted chest and burning triceps. 1 set took around 5 minutes. Just for fun ...

Sorry Ravi. I was just wondering what weight your are using on those calves? I am assuming it is a lot if you are squatting that much.

Not much wt. ... 3PPS / side ... actually less than Squat ... but I do it like 3 different positions in a single set like 8-10 reps with toe inward, 7-9 toe normal position and 6-8 reps as toe outward. Then start next set with different position and like wise ... Try to get max. reps ...
