Those lunges look brutal Ravi. Do you train at a gym? I am just wondering how you do the length of the gym? People tend to be clueless and wander in front of me.

thanks fen ... Although not so heavy ... Deficit on rows give me some more space for movement thus making regular rows a bit more difficult (at least for me) ...

Lunges are always brutal specially done after a core lift ... I do train at a commercial gym (Gold's) ... I don't do lunges by gym length ... but doing it standing one by one legs. Our gym setup makes it almost impossible to do walking lunges ...
