Not sure if I have ever seen anyone deadlift 2 days in a row, but it looks like deads make for a good warm up lift for benching! Are you still happy with how bench is going for you?

thanks super Jim ... I'm not 100% satisfied with bench. I think I can do better but taking it a bit easy as I don't want to hurt my shoulder again ... It is better to bench some wt rather than no bench at all. If you have noticed due to my shoulder problem, I'm not able to do a full fledged session of shoulder since last 8-9 months.

Decided to throw in some rep work today at squat. 315*10 actually felt comfortable. Did some decline chest working to check shoulder from another angle. Going good ...
