Almost 100kg for 20 reps, solid!!
Nice idea to slow the jumps down to 5 lbs,
My current aim is to copy your lead on the 20 rep squat, but build up to my body weight (198lbs) then start adding 5lbs, like you I'll be doing it after the work sets.....

Man o man Ravi, your simply an amazing lifter. Aggressive progression even at 5 lbs per session since you squat and pull often.

DEADLIFT

405*03*01 set [No finisher set today as I did DLs yesterday]

BENCH

265*06*01 set [All paused]
305*03*01 set[Last 2 paused]
325*01*01 set [Paused]
160*20*01 as finisher.

Didn't go all out on DLs as did them just yesterday. Done Paused benching after long time. Shoulder is co-operating well. Slight adjustment on bar grip. A inch narrow (1/2 inch from ring) from both sides and it took off some wt. from shoulder. So bench was comparatively better.
