Didn't you just deadlift 2 days ago? Really impressive you can do all those squats and deads again, including a 20 repper. East to tell you want it bad. Well done buddy!

thanks OMP ... Yes I was. Had to take a break of 5 minutes after that squat finisher. Totally spent on last 2 sets of 385 DL. ...

thanks super Jim ... Actually I'm doing DL twice a week as specialized session and twice with Squat for that 10 repper. Volume is kept low on Squat + DL days ... just 4 sets with main emphasis on last set where I'm supposed to do 10 reps with a progressive wt.

Yes you are right I want my DL numbers to get better very very badly. And the best part is that When I'm doing DLs more frequently now a days, not only my working is getting better week by week but till date there is no issue of recovery also. Hopefully I'll be able to do 455(my current max) * 3 within next 2 months. Let's see ...
