135*20*01 as finisher ... from now onwards adding a high rep(20) set at the end of bench session. All those high rep sets seems to do good to shoulder problem.

some misc forearms work ...

thanks super Jim ... Actually OMP had forwarded me a link when my shoulder was in bad shape. The link showed the effect of high rep intensity training on our working. Included a high rep set after reading / viewing that article and it actually helped in healing process ...
