Squat : 13.06.12

Some stretching and 3 sets of warm up
120*10*01 set
210*08*01 set
300*05*01 set (not really)

Working Sets
350*05*1 set
400*04*1 set
410*02*1 set
415*01*1 set
415*01*1 set

followed by 5 sets of leg extensions (drop sets). Felt a little bit of fatigue. So skipped lunges. In last session it was one set with 415. Able to manage 2 sets in this session. So shifting my first set (300 lbs) to warm up section.
