followed by power shrugs

DLs seems to be getting better ... 455 was comparatively better than last time. May be it was just a matter of more practice ... will be following this pattern for some time ...

I've been thinking about this; if you use the same weight and get more explosive with it over a few weeks, is that not progress?

Well done and definitely if it isn't broke don't fix it.

Quick question - do you ever use straps to pull with? I think it's a good tool to use to overload, especially on repping.

thanks OR ... a progress is a progress whether it is in terms of wt or reps ... the main motive is to surpass working done in last session ...

thanks super Jim ... I rarely uses straps during pulls instead I'm using chalk powder ... It's been good so far ... I don't get comfortable with straps ...
