When you look at the numbers put up by Roger, JB, Emeka, Gasper, BTB, Fazc, Al, Mr. SB, Hazz and lots of lifters like them on this forum, we can call 370 lbs good wt. not respectable ... I see you progressed on the 20 repper finisher - well done Ravi!

If your history with progression and form is any indication, your pulling will improve quite a bit this year. Just be patient!

So much strong work in here since I checked in last. Excellent job, Ravi. I hope to be benching that well someday. Impressive squatting as well, which should indicate your deadlift will come along nicely when you put real focus into it (which you've started).

I'm also starting deadlifts 2x week.
