time for some reps ... did 10 sets with a single wt. for a change ...
Warm Up
120*10*1
210*10*1

Working Sets
300*05*2 sets
300*04*7 sets
300*04*1, 210*04*1, 120*04*1 [drop set]

Total 42 reps with 300lbs. exhausted and satisfied ... wanted to do this since quite some time ... target was 45+ reps but able to manage 42 only.

followed by 5 sets of triceps extensions ...
