Pendley Rows

Last 3 working sets actually felt heavy but I desperately wanted to do 3 reps in each set. Time to check 1RM in next DL session ...

thanks Alan ... Yes I do use a belt when the wt. is 315+lbs. Till 315, I don't use it neither on DL nor on Squats.
