thanks super Jim ... that 5lbs + is not at all any problem for me till date. May be when I'm near 180 or above it ... lets see ... Method is still the same ... first 12 reps then take 2-3 deep breath ... 5 more reps then again a breather and then last 3 reps.

I'm sure that I'll do 225*20 very soon. But whether I'll be able to keep that momentum after that is the actual test. May be I'll go for a 2.5+ rather than 5 ...

Misc. light wt / reps Biceps n Triceps working.

followed by Incline bench
BAR*10 / 65*10 / 85*10 / 105*10 / 125*10 / 145*10 / 165*10 / 185*05

No problem with shoulder ... co-operating well ... one more easy session on Tuesday of chest and if it go well will go for 350+ ...

keep adding 5lbs a session to them 20 reppers , they will get heavy real fast!
