thanks super Jim ... Nothing specific ... OMP had forwarded me a link regarding inclusion of one high rep set. Having some good progress in shoulder after that ... If you have noticed, all my bench sessions now are having some high reppage ... hopefully will be able to handle heavy wts. very soon.
