thanks super Jim ... Yes you are right ... I've incorporate a high rep session in all my lifts except DLs ... Will try to finish all squatting sessions with 20 repper and if possible with +5lbs from last session till I got 20 reps. Lets see how far I can go ...

Systematically destroying deads just like squats. If the last few reps are heavy you must have the weight dialed in just right. Good stuff yet again Ravi!

Good plan to not do 20 repper deads!

Some shoulder stretching and mobility work ...

365 [unreck & hold only]

followed by 3 super sets push down triceps work (front and reverse grip alternate).

Absolutely no problem till 315. Shoulder is good. 365 felt heavy after all those reps. So decided not to do a full rep. Just unreck and hold ...

Squats tomorrow ...
