thanks Alan ... shoulder is recovery faster then before ... hopefull will be doing 100+kg for reps by 15th ...

505 Squats are a common occurrence in here, you'll be reppin that weight very soon. Keep on top of that shoulder recovery, light rep work only till it feels good to go.
