You've had issues with your shoulder before haven't you? Sorry to hear about the latest injury, shoulders are a pain in the arse because they are insanely easy to injure. Strong work nonetheless.

Not old at all. Deadlifts are fickle for me. Some days they just feel horrible.

Squat : 18.02.2013

A little warm up and stretching ...

055*10*01 set
145*10*01 set
225*08*01 set
325*06*01 set
415*04*01 set [Last rep was grinder ...]
465*01*01 set

followed by
505*01 / 405*01 / 315*01 / 225*01 / 135*01
Need a little bit of help after completing almost 75% on 505. But was good. Take a break of 5 minutes finished the session of Squat with

135*20

Check my left shoulder with some rep only work with BAR only
45*30, 25, 15, 12, 10
Was able to move the bar in full ROM in last 2 sets. Hopefully can resume bench in a week or two ...

Good work on the squat 505 is beast mode!

Take your time with that shoulder, no need to rush it.

Already progressed past 500 I see. Incredible work you are doing Ravi. Perhaps you should be writing a "how to" article or book on squats. I wonder how close to 600 or even over at the end of this year.
