Chest & Shoulder

Some OHP work ...
65*10, 85*10, 105*10, 125*10, 145*5.

Just checking my right shoulder. Pain is almost gone. Just a little bit of soreness ...

Chest : touch & go
BAR*25, 095*20, 145*15, 195*12, 245*10, 295*06, 345*02

Shoulder is now co-operating well. Will be checking it once again on Saturday. If everything works out to be fine, will start Bench once again with volume ...

What is the plan for bench once you are good to go?
