thanks super Jim ... Smolov is tough no doubt but if we give our 100% to it, it will do wonder for our squat numbers ... This program is supposed to increase 1RM of an individual by at least 20-25 lbs but in my case I want it to be more than 35-40 lbs ...

410 felt very smooth and easy today ... Was supposed to do 5X5 with 410. Bend too forward during upward motion in 5th set @ 4rth rep. Lost balance a bit. So went for another set to complete 25 counts ...
