Squats : 30.05.2012

2 sets of squat for warm up ...
120*10*1 set
210*10*1 set

Working sets
300*5*1set
350*5*1set
400*3*1set
400*2*1set
400*1*1set

5 sets of lunges and 3 sets of leg extensions ...
In last session it was 400*2*1, in this session able to do 6 reps with 400. In next session will definitely try to increase reps on 400.
