I once read that true PRs are never pretty, meaning that a person has gone all-out to achieve it, makes sense.

Good work Rob,

But I'd be very careful that you're not squatting high. That's 400lbs for a 5 which would translate roughly to 450lbs and your Deadlift is way behind at 355lbs.

I don't know anyone who has that differential if we're talking raw lifts and legitimate squats done to depth - If you're looking to compete in a PL Meet they will need to be hip level with top of knee.

I will be competing in Pl an I know I go lower then the depth. The weight is still light for me, and I know I'm going to be getting it caught up soon

You must be the exception that breaks the rule

Good luck Rob, I've seen plenty of people get red-lighted for depth at competition. I was just offering some caution so that doesn't happen to you.
