If I start working out with onpump which most Likel will start happening soon. Then I'll hopefully get some film up of squats, unless I get someone to hold my ipod.

thank's an update on the arm. Their is a knot in the tricep and just between the front of the tricep. All I have to do is take a hot shower before an after, then ice the thing when I get home. approx time is about at most a Month.

I know what you mean, should of put the squat first but then it would not work right. I only have a DL once every 3 work outs. I have BB Row to replace the DL on the other two days.
