OK, back at it and right from the get go, nice cleans and deads!

That's gotta feel good.

Yep cardio sucks, but there you go. It's like cleaning your beard after a meal. Gotta be done.

We all experience harsh and difficult times. Glad to see you back, young man.

Keep your obsession strong....and you will not go wrong.

Obsession is just a stronger than average focus and concentration on a particular subject. If the result of this obsession makes you happier and healthier, then there is nothing wrong with it.

Who defines this anyway? The one struggling to meet their own fitness demands and falling a part at the seems? One should expect them to bark, when you are lit up by the fitness spark and being optimistic struggling through its journey.

Sometimes, its the journey, and not necessarily the destination.
================================================== ======

And written just for you.....good to see you back, and so is your personal goal as well!

Successful persons........perfect the art of "correct" tunnel vision.

They see their goal and are able to shut everything else out.

They know that watching the scoreboard or thinking about their next game will only hurt their performance. How many times have you heard this sort of comment? Its true....and can be modified in to many different beneficial view points.

When your world is in chaos, when life is flinging mud in your eye, step back and make sure you have the tools necessary and you maintain your focus.

You’ve chosen which race you want to run------NOW GO DO IT!

No other race can count – so don’t get caught watching another one. There are no grandstands, there are no cameras, there are no frenzied throngs betting on your success or failure.

There’s only you, the finish line, and a clear, direct path to get there.

================================================== =======
Life is like a "cactus" but you don't have to sit on it.

(Unknown)

Let's Chill with some interpretation:

You forgot to set your alarm, your keys have once again dissolved into the fourth dimension, your car won’t start, there’s a huge traffic jam on the way home, the dog left you a present on the carpet while you were out, and then you just learn you lost your job........

Sometimes it just seems the worst is hot on your trail to bust your ass, and only bad can happen.

Unfortunately, there is ROOM FOR ONLY ONE ASS-HOLE-----YOU, HHF!!!......Be the absolute PERFECT AND EDUCATED ASS-HOLE!

IT WORKS!

Be the absolute best asshole today!!!!!!!!

Best regards,

Chillen

*squats felt the smoothest and easiest they have in a long time. Which after deadlifts and 2 straight days of prowlers was odd.*

Close Grip Bench Press(3ct Pause)/DB Rows

Barx5/80x10R, 10L
95x5/80x10R, 10L
115x3/80x10R, 10L

Good Mornings-135x10x3
DB Bench-45x15x3

Neck-(seated)-Harness+30x50x2
Ab Wheel-BWx10x2

Notes: Everything felt awesome today. One thing i forgot to note, conditioning is my main focus, so i will mostly be doing required reps with 531, with workups to heavier weight. If i go above required reps it will literally only be 2-3 reps higher, so on 5's week, go to 7-8, 3's to 5-6 and on 5/3/1 week 3-4. You get the idea.

Hips took forever to warmup from sitting in my van for work and prowlering. Might prowler tonight, but if not, will do a heavier prowler workout tomorrow. Feel great.
