As long as your putting in the work! Decent session nevertheless... on a D- day your repping the bench with weight most folks can't DL.

Another sub-par workout but I continue to fight and improve.

Wide stance - 465 x 2 - Vary shaky and depth was far too high

Back to normal stance

I am slowly feeling a hair better with each workout so I am going to continue to work with a lower frequency until I hit a good confidence level, if that makes sense.

Right now I'm hitting each lift about every 4 days or so I think.
