That aerobic step must be taking a lot of combined weightload with the 415 pendlay row and your bodyweight together. A sturdy step!

Indeed. I use it for up to 600 pound rack pulls at times too.

These stink. Lower back strain. Never again.

Fat Ups - Rack Chins
Exploding with lats. Surprised myself, did great on these. All lat, little arm.

Strong ass rows chief! I agree about the twitching BB rows, always hurt my lower back too - better to go strict and use less weight anyday imo!
