Yes, they still feel sub-par.

I need to get my game in gear and drop the bench frequency for a bit. I was thinking about getting back work in on bench day but am slacking.

Twice a week is still fine, hell even once with two overhead sessions. It's the off-season, get stronger and get healthy.

I almost immediately felt better across the shoulders when I started chinning and kelso-shrugging again.

Mere mortals would say that's great work but you set yourself very high standards. Time to start chinning I don't know anyone who doesn't have issues with their bench pressing and the like from time to time. It's just one of those lifts.

The get healthy part is what I needed to hear. I am being stubborn right now.

Never tried Kelso shrugs. Might be a good topic to discuss...weight, reps, frequency, etc.

That will never happen. My bicep tie-ins will have nothing to do with it.

You could have done more if I had more 45's and a thicker non-crome bar. They come right after Tammy get's a carpet shampooer. Have to keep her happy to.

Sure, they're great in my opinion. Very difficult to overtrain as an exercise/muscle area.

Stubborn I am. It fuels the furnace and can also burn down the house.
