Back from deload and my body felt amazing. 6 days off sitting in the chair. Healed and ready.

Pulled from the floor for the first time since my meet. Decided to do doubles at about 85%. Went well. Wanted a 545 double squat but it was not to be. Didn't push the second rep.

A decent session. Must keep all working squat reps 525+.
