Holy Hell! What a HOTT day in the Sweat-A-Torium!

I have decided to incorporate regular deadlifts into my routine. They are a different animal than RDLs. So much so that I am going to keep the RDLs on Wednesdays and deadlift on Monday and Friday.

I mainly felt the deadlifts in my lats but we will see what Sat and Sun bring.

On Fridays I push for a few more reps on tops sets. The heat really sapped my energy today and I only got one extra on OHP. I was PISSED!

Getting into Cleans. Working on Hang Cleans as part of my warm up. Wrists will probably be sore tomorrow as I can't quite get the bar to rest on my shoulder/chest area. More weight on the bar will help there I guess.

I hope you can get it to shoulders. No matter how much weight i get on the bar I'm always 3 inches away.

Good looking d-load.

Heading down to the Lake for the Fireworks tonight? My daughter and son and law are down there today. I miss the Kingston show. I have seen them in DC, New Orleans, here in Virginia Beach and else where and Kingston's are as good or better than any of these cities.
