Oi, weight room was crowded, guy was hogging not only a bench but also the cables so no direct tricep isolation work or Cable crossovers. . (Maybe a good thing)

135 x 15 Burn Out. Grrrrr... training partner was late...gym got crowded.. muscletrainer got annoyed...

Leg Extensions

Some A-Hole Jumped on the equipment when I was getting a drink of water. He's a loose cannon and was overly sweaty so I didn't bother asking to work back in..

DB Step Ups
35 x 8
35 x 8

Weight room, power rack and both barbells now overly crowded and in use (at 8:30pm!!!!) So, I let my mood get the best of me and left the gym.

Grrrrrr.... Not the best lower body day, but at least I got some squatting in.
