I had to really try and explode with legs on last 2-3 reps of last 2 sets. What a humbling lift. I've really grown fond of the push press.

Pull ups - bodyweight
1 set of 6 = PR, weak PR I know. I've just never used pull ups in training

Man I'm so glad I enjoy lifting weights, thank goodness for the brotherhood of iron.

Good squat day. Slowly but surely working my way back up. Sets of 8 are killing me but I really think it'll be worth it to do higher reps to drill the form and technique down.
