Good workout. All lifts were solid and good form throughout. Finally had a partner/spotter, my cousin, so it was nice to have a lift off and peace of mind with a spotter.

Yeah those 5 sets of 10 are not fun. Already sore today from it and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Day off today and will be dealifting tomorrow.

I'm doing a competition in March and NEED to be my best. I want 275 for my pause bench, 375 for my squat and 475 for my pull. I have 5 months, I can't wait, I'm so excited!!!
