Bench

200x8 - PR for reps at this weight (attempted number 9 but stuck about 1/3 of the way up)
235x2 - had to throw in a heavy double (barely got the second rep up)

Combined squat and bench today because I didn't make the time to get squat in my schedule Monday or Tuesday. No assistance work due to doing both lifts today, I'm beat. I have no idea how some of you do 2-3 of the big lifts in the same day.
