I don't have it online btb. I'm not sure how to get it from the phone to online. I've done pics before onto websites but never a video. Is it the same procedure?

back off sets of bench
195x5x5 - PR!! Most I've ever done for five set of five! I look back just 8-9 months ago and my 1RM was 185. Blows me away.

standing skull crushers - 70 lbs plus ez curl bar for 3 sets of 10 50 lbs for 2 set of 20

Good session. Still able to keep progressing, no plateaus YET. Gotta keep moving up.

Thanks guys. Just have to keep pushing. Goal of 300 pound bench by end of year. Nice day off today. My hams and tris are just beat, so it comes at a good time. Plus I have to plant my vegetable garden today.

I'll be planting tomatoes, squash, peppers, maybe try something else. Those are my usual staples every year. LOVE real vegetables, so full of flavor.

Deadlift

Only had a half hour to lift tonight, so I hurried and went hard and fast.

Stiff legged deadlifts
45x20
135x12
225x8
225x8
225x8

Bent over rows
135x10
135x10
135x10

I skipped standard deadlift becuase my lower back is still a little tender from previous deadlift workout and Monday's heavy squats. I'll be able to go hard on overhead press and assistance on Friday/Saturday.
