145x6 - arms completely gave out from under me, close call with face and bar. WTH?

Lower back MUSCLES still extremely sore and tight from the deadlift a couple days ago. I'll be soaking in a hot tub for an hour later on tonight. Overall a strong session. I'm still eating big and weights are still going up on the lifts. Finally back up to 184 BW.

Squats felt good! I was really questioning myself on the 345 attempt as I was lifting alone. Decided to get my wife to watch and had her record it on the phone. I love proving myself wrong! It was awesome, I might of had another 10 lbs in the tank but i'll get it next time.

Excellent PR. You have the video posted anywhere online?

I often pull my wife down for my big reps in case something goes wrong.
