Wow, didn't see the posts of support until just now, when I'm getting ready to post lift session. Thanks a lot fellas. It's not easy at all but I guess I'm pretty lucky regarding my 'glass half full'. Not gonna babble anymore about it because it's not something I can control. Lifted today and here it goes:

Second session back after almost a 2 month break.
Squat
135x10

Bench press - paused
135x8
135x8
135x8
135x8
135x8 - no pause, touch 'n go

Pull ups
Bodyweight 4 sets of 5 supersetted with the bench

Couldn't believe how sore I was from last time for 4 days and it was only the bar! These all felt good the bench was tougher obviously and that's why I just touched on last set. But form feels really good. Getting excited again.

Felt good to lift again, man I've sure lost some strength in this 7-8 week hiatus. Nevertheless here is today's short but sweet session.

Tried to do some intraset pull ups but no way. Just hanging brought the pain in the lats. Legs actually feel fine from last squats, and pecs are a bit sore still from bench but feeling great.

Pull ups - 3 sets of 5 of bodyweight

Squat form felt better and better with each set. My goal is to get to squatting twice a week. You all that have squatted successfully twice a week, was it heavy both times or did you do a heavy one day and light the second day?

Yeah these first couple weeks back will be big reps.

Everything felt good, chest and rotator cuff felt pretty tight so last 2 sets of bench were pinky on rings, where I normally do middle finger on rings. Nice triceps burn.
