Funny you say that! I was just telling someone that I felt like a just ran five miles on a treadmill. LOL. That was such a cardio work out for me!

Add in some one arm rows after that and it's like a HIIT session.

I LOVE that my squats are still going up! I'm getting much stronger coming out of the hole and it just motivates me. Successful squats are a HUGE confidence builder for me, as they've traditionally been what I lag behind on regarding the big 3.
