325x0 - 3/4 depth

325x0 - 3/4 depth - I really wanted to get a full rep in with this weight but couldn't pull it off.

I feel like my core and secondary or stabilizing muscles are finally strengthening up since I ditched using the belt. Took quite a few weeks which was surprising, but i feel it will be very beneficial as I'm early in my powerlifting experience. Had to cut it short due to time constraint so that's all I got in last night.

Short and sweet. Will have to extra assistance on Saturday with my press as I was short time. Can't wait until I hit 255. I've hit 250, I think a month or two ago, so I thought it was time. I guess nit quite yet.

Yeah BTB, those squats didn't have the depth needed for sure. I'd only be cheating myself if I typed 1's instead of 0's.

225x10 - what a butt kicker. Never done high reps in squat before.
275x5 - lower back started tightening
275x5 - lower back was so tight I couldn't barely stand up right.

I don't know if I'll fare well with high rep squatting. Legs could've kept going but lower back was so tight. I've never experienced anything like it. On a positive note, Feeling more and more comfortable with my form.

Good work! High rep squatting could be one of the worlds hardest physical experiences.

Bench is precisely on par with mine. This will be cool.

185x8 - front of shoulders getting a little tender so I switched to close grip

Close grip
185x4 - front if shoulders still tender, cut my losses

Trying to get some higher rep work in.

Maybe that's what I was feeling, a pump. I had seen it referenced in posts but was unsure of what exactly it referred to. That makes more sense though. Just extreme pump I guess.
