Don't know, they have the APF and AAPF or you can do unsanctioned. Then you don't have to pay to join a fed and you can still have your lifts judged, etc. Either way I'll be doing the RAW division of what ever I choose. Any benefit to joining a fed? It's the Utah State Championship on March 3rd.

From what I learned, is that if you break a record it will only count if registered.

moved up 5 pounds in my BBB sets and man pausing is a real butt kicker. I need to learn to pause with the heavy weights for competition in March.

Do you powerlifters pause on all your reps?? How do you decide when to train with the pauses?

Primarily that you save money if you compete with them more than once a year. Which most of us rarely do.
