Really great back off sets Elijah!

When it comes to straps I have a pair of animal straps, they are cheap and pretty good. Not sure how long they will last, but pretty good, I have had them for a few months. I have heard also a lot about spud straps, but they are a lot more.

300x6 -PR! I was pretty intimidated by this because 275 felt HEAVY. Manned up, put five finger death punch (the pride) on the mp3 and went for the reps. I had done 4 or 5 i think before. Got in the groove and felt great. Big confidence booster for me.

Wasn't sure how today would go as my hams are SORE from the squats yesterday. Really glad it went well, the 5/3/1 is working for me as my rep weights are going up as well as single weights. Feeling good about my bench, just gotta keep on keeping on.

350x6 - PR. Felt great. Last one was a bit shaky but came up even with no hitches.

Kroc rows
80 lbs for 3 sets of 8. I guess they weren't really Krocs then, being only 8 reps. You get the point.

I guesstimate I added about 10 lbs or so onto my deadlift this past 5/3/1 cycle. Just push press left and another cycle completed in the books.
