Tried using a more Olympic style press today; made the press easier, but required more of a back-lean to get a straighter bar path.

I love doing single arm dumbbell presses. And that is some heavy ass weight.

Missed it the first time, so I did push presses with 145 for a couple sets and then went back to it with a belt on. Felt much lighter after this.

Had the opportunity to talk to another lifter today; he was wondering how I trained, how long I've been doing it for, etc. Seems he's been having some problems squatting heavy. If I see him again I'll help him out some with his training if I can.

One other thing: THEY HAVE A GODDAMN TIRE AT MY GYM AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME! (presumably in an attempt to stop me from trying to lift it)
