Good stuff, those low rack pulls are key to pulling big weights.ever since Btb and I talked it's been a huge staple in my training.at first I would just do them some times but now I rarely skip out on them becausethere are so many ways to variation!

I really like them! I hurt my back at work recently and thought that maybe pulling from the low rack would be less stress than the floor. So, I gave them a shot -- turns out, they are really fun!
