July 23

Well........ today was a bit of a first for me. An absolutely awful workout. Really struggled with weight that should be "a breeze" for me.

OHP
(this was normal)
45 2X5
50 1X3
60 1X5
70 1X3
75 fatigue = 7

Squat
*this was not a squat day. but I threw them in for the fun of it and this is where I struggled
45 1X5
95 1X5
135 1X5
155 fatigue = 10, but felt like a friggin ton. Really struggled with these

CGBP
65 1X5
95 1X5

BB Row
95 1X5
115 1X5 *struggled with these, too.

Bleh. Argh.

See I have a different view on these days,
Anyone can come in and steam through it on a good day,
Bad days build character and create mental strength ,

you powered through and gave it all u got, cant ask for much more than that
