Do you find them easier than the conventional stance DL? I have to admit, I tried sumo style once and just couldn't get on with them...could have been an off-day but I suspect the style just doesn't suit my build (limb length), possibly.

It's hard to say because I didn't go heavy with them. The other part is I did it stiff legged. So far I really like them I'd say give it another shot.

Great benching Jen, lock-outs always been my problem too. Also sumo deadlifting would definitely something you should try again, some people warm up with that style then switch back to normal for heavy sets.
