light day, a bit of a deaload. Working up to my meet next month, 4 weeks out. Going to go heavy, medium, light, week off -- then compete. After last night, gonna follow this plan.

Squat
95 3X5
135 3X5
155 3X5

Good Mornings
95 3X5 -- these felt insanely light, I might have to up the weight

Deadlifts
all sumo -- just for fun I've never done sumo before, but I liked them!
