heavy squat day -- YAY!

160 X3
180 X3
200 fatigue = 11 Rep PR!!

I wanted to do good mornings but by bar is f'd up. A 5 lb weight is literally stuck, I can't get it off. Its bizarre.

Weighted side bends and crunches 15 ea all around
