SQ:
45 2X10 -- going very low
95 2X5
135 5X5 -- Still at 135, working on getting lower, coach is *almost* happy enough to let me add more weight

BE:
45 1X10
65 2X5
85 5X5 (PR!!!!!!!) This was a big deal to me, I've been struggling with upper body stuff and these sets actually felt somewhat easy --whoop whoop!
