Yes! It is the first week of Aug sometime between the 5th and the 8th. They haven't nailed a day down yet.

** this is my light week. Felt exhausted after the crazy long shift and only sleeping about 4 hrs last night (sounds like I'm making excuses?!?). I wasn't happy with pooping out after 8 reps. Oh well.

reps on dead....I wish I could do reps for dead....the closes thing for dead lift reps are bar bell shrugs for me
