Aug 9th

** this workout only took 24 minutes...... which I'm not sure is a good thing?!

CGBP
45 2X5
75 2X5
85 2X5

OHP
45 2X5
50 1X3
60 1X5
70 1X5
75 fatigue = 8

DB Rows
30 lbs 3X10 each arm

** Im doing a variation of a 5/3/1 -- this week is the 1 week -- I need to up the weights across the board to try to get reps 5 or under. MOAR weight time!

Progress and consistency are all that matters. Sometimes in a pinch my workouts are short.

5-3-1 is a solid program. Looking forward to seeing you smash PRs.

Also, I am guessing OHP was the "main" lift today, with the rep out. So why did you start off with CGBP instead of OHP? Any specific reason?

Because my squat cage was already set up for bench and I was feeling lazy. Sad but true..... LOL
