I don't know what a pendlay is -- and I can't access YouTube at work :/

They are a bent over row. I put the catch bars on the squat rack down to the bottom pin then bend at the waist and pull the bar up to my chest, lower to tap the catch bars, then back up -- crunching the walnut between the shoulder blades, so to speak
